Rights of CRM Admins and Account Owner

  1. Access to all deals in all pipelines of the Organisation
  2. Right to access and manage Pipelines and Stages.
  3. Access to CRM Settings page
  4. Right to customize rules and negative list for Sales Automation
  5. Right to export all deals of the organisation
  6. Right to add and manage all Goals
  7. Right to change the Deal Owner
  8. Private Pipelines: Admin users will have access only to the pipelines they are part of. The account owner will can able to see all Private Pipelines.

 Rights of Regular user

  1. Access to the deals and everything in deals, owned by them and followed by them
  2. Access to see their Goals.
  3. Right to Import Deals, People and Organisations
  4. Right to export deals accessed by him/her AND all contacts and Organisations. (If export permissions are enabled)

a. Deal Owners

  1. Right to edit deal details like deal name, value, stage, all field types, linking person, organisation and projects, schedule activities, add tasks and merge.
  2. Change the Status of the deal.
  3. Export owned and following deals. (Won/Lost)
  4. Right to change the Deal owner.

b. Followers

  1. Access to deals & everything in deals.
  2. Right to edit deal details like deal name, value, stage, all field types, linking person, organisation and projects, schedule activities, add tasks and merge.
  3. Change the Status of the deal. (Won/Lost)
  4. Export following and owned deals.
