Manage TeamWave Forms

TeamWave allows you to set up your customised Forms on your Website using the embedded code and also give an option to share your form via a link. See how to crea te Forms on TeamWave.

Sharing Forms

  1. Navigate to Forms tab in CRM
  2. Click on more icon in the menu of that form
  3. Select Share from the options ( Ref Pic 1.1 )
  4. Copy the Link to share your form via a link ( Ref Pic 1.2 )
  5. To embed your form on any webpage, copy the Code Snippet and paste in your HTML code.

Responses

To see the responses of your forms 

  1. Navigate to Forms tab in CRM
  2. Click on more icon in the menu of that form
  3. Select Responses option ( Ref Pic 2.1 )

Deleting form

  1. Navigate to Forms tab in CRM
  2. Click on more icon in the menu of that form.
  3. Select Delete option. ( Ref Pic 3.1 )

Deactivating Form

  1. Navigate to Forms tab in CRM
  2. Use the toggle button to Activate and Deactivate forms ( Ref Pic 4.1 )
