Sending emails to TeamWave

1. Copy your Smart email address from here. Learn more
2. When emailing a prospect, paste your Smart email address in the BCC field. If you have an existing email, simply forward it to your Smart email address.
3. By following this process, all the emails that are either BCC'd or forwarded will be visible in the Mail section within the CRM. Once these emails appear in the CRM's Mail tab, you have the option to link them with an existing deal or create a new deal to that email.

Linking emails in TeamWave to Deals

1. Navigate to the Mail tab in CRM
2. Open any email conversation
3. Click on 'Link with existing deal' or 'Create a new deal'
