Introduction to Pipeline and Stages


A Pipeline in TeamWave CRM is a simple and visual representation of a sales process. It visualises your sales flow and helps you easily understand where your deals stand in your sales process.

TeamWave comes with a default Pipeline. You can create multiple pipelines and customise sales flow to fit your business needs. 


Stages in a Pipeline are the phases required to sell a product or a service. Stages for Sales processes can vary among organizations, products and services and no one will follow the same process/steps.

TeamWave comes with most commonly followed stages. However, you can always Add and manage Stages in any Pipeline in your CRM.
