Discussions via Email

Discussions in TeamWave provide a centralized and efficient platform for team members to communicate, collaborate, and share information within projects. You can start a new discussion, set its privacy settings, and tag relevant team members using the Discussions tab within a project.

To begin a discussion conveniently, you can now do so straight from your email inbox. Simply navigate to the Email Docs  in your project, where you'll find a unique smart email address linked to your project. Copy this address and use it to send an email, thereby initiating a discussion directly related to your project.
How to start a discussion via email.
  • Copy the project-specific smart email address.

  • Open your email client (GMail, Yahoo, etc.) and click on "Compose" to initiate a new email.
  • Paste the project-specific smart email address in the "To" address bar.
  • The subject of the email must start with Discussion: followed by the title of the discussion. For example... Discussion: Goal conversion rate of FB campaign
  • Add the description of the discussion in the email body.

  • Send the email to initiate the discussion
Once the mail is sent, the message will be posted to the Discussion section of the specific project.
Note:
  • You will receive a notification after the email is successfully attached to the project.
  • You can “BCC:" the unique email id on conversations you’re having outside TeamWave. However, DO NOT use “CC:" If you do so, your unique email id (for this project) will be visible to others.
