Creating an Event

TeamWave’s event creation feature is designed to streamline your project communication and boost team productivity. By creating events directly within your project, you can keep every member informed and aligned on crucial meetings, reviews, presentations, and other significant events.

  • Click on the "Events" tab within your Project. 
  • Choose the desired date for your event.
  • Provide essential details such as the event name, and the start and end date/time.

Manage Guest Invitations:

  • Privacy controls to invite only necessary team members.
  • Click on “Change” to invite or remove guests as needed.

Once all details are set, click “ Create” to finalize your event.
Drag-and-Drop Functionality:
  • In the Events Calendar layout, utilize the drag-and-drop feature for seamless rearrangement of events.

Repeat Events

TeamWave's robust platform offers a powerful feature Repeat Events that simplifies the management of recurring activities within your projects. Whether it's weekly meetings, monthly reviews, or any other repetitive event.
  • Click on the "Events" tab in your Project
  • Choose the desired date
  • Fill in the event details, including the event name, date, start and end time.
  • Enable the "Repeat" option.

Configure Repeat Settings:

Specify the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), interval, and other recurrence details as needed.

Click " Create" to finalize the event.
