Adding a Milestone
In TeamWave, adding milestones to your projects is a strategic way to enhance organization and ensure that your team remains focused on critical deadlines. This feature not only keeps everyone in the loop regarding key project deadlines but also allows for customizable privacy settings.
Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate milestones into your projects:
- Choose and open the desired project.
- Click on the “Events” tab within your project.
- Choose the desired date and Select the "Milestone" tab in the pop-up
- Fill in all relevant information, including the name, the team member assigned to, and the date/time.
- Choose between “Private” or “Everyone” to set the visibility of the milestone.
- Click “Create Milestone” to complete the process.
After creating a milestone, you have the option to edit or delete it as needed. Simply access the milestone detail pop-up to make any adjustments.
