Changing details of a user

In TeamWave, the Account Owner and Super Admin can manage & update user details ( Except email address) like Employee Type, Role, reporting Manager, and other relevant details.

Here's how it is done:

  1. Navigate to the User Management
  2. Identify the user and click edit.
  3. On the user page, you can update all the details of that user.
  4. Then click on Save.

Visit the user management section, where you can find the 'Employee Type' category. From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate option. Additionally, under the 'Role' category, choose the desired role from the available options.

Note:

The account owner or Super admin cannot change the email address of any user. However, users themselves can change their email address unless it is a corporate email.
