Creating Deals with Products

Track what’s selling and in what quantity by adding products to sales opportunities.

Method 1: Under Deals tab

  • Navigate to the CRM application
  • Under the Deals tab
  • Click on the New Deal button
  • Enter details like deal name, currency, pipeline, stage, closure date, etc
  • Click on the Attach product button
  • Select the relevant product
  • Edit price, tax & quantity of product units for this deal
  • By clicking on the Show Details arrow, you can add additional variation information to this deal
  • If you have entered all required info, you can click Save
  • if you have entered all required info, you can click on Save to save this deal
  • Alternatively, you can add a contact to this deal by clicking on the Add Contact button
  • Enter Details like First name, email address, contact number, organization details, etc
  • If you have entered all required info, you can click Finish to save the deal
  • After Saving, you can view the new deal with product information under Deals > Pipeline > Deal Name

Method 2: Under the Products tab

  • Select product (CRM > Products > Select)
  • Under the Deals tab in the Action Box, click Attach Deal
  • Enter Details like deal name, pipeline, stage, currency & contact details
  • Edit price, tax & quantity of product units for this deal
  • By clicking on the Show Details arrow, you can add additional variation information to this deal
  • If you have entered all required info, you can click Save
  • After Saving, you can view the new deal with product information under Deals > Pipeline > Deal Name
