Creating Deals with Products
Track what’s selling and in what quantity by adding products to sales opportunities.
Method 1: Under Deals tab
- Navigate to the CRM application
- Under the Deals tab
- Click on the New Deal button
- Enter details like deal name, currency, pipeline, stage, closure date, etc
- Click on the Attach product button
- Select the relevant product
- Edit price, tax & quantity of product units for this deal
- By clicking on the Show Details arrow, you can add additional variation information to this deal
- If you have entered all required info, you can click Save
- if you have entered all required info, you can click on Save to save this deal
- Alternatively, you can add a contact to this deal by clicking on the Add Contact button
- Enter Details like First name, email address, contact number, organization details, etc
- If you have entered all required info, you can click Finish to save the deal
- After Saving, you can view the new deal with product information under Deals > Pipeline > Deal Name
Method 2: Under the Products tab
- Select product (CRM > Products > Select)
- Under the Deals tab in the Action Box, click Attach Deal
- Enter Details like deal name, pipeline, stage, currency & contact details
- Edit price, tax & quantity of product units for this deal
- By clicking on the Show Details arrow, you can add additional variation information to this deal
- If you have entered all required info, you can click Save
- After Saving, you can view the new deal with product information under Deals > Pipeline > Deal Name
Note: If you link an existing deal in this process, information from existing deal will be linked where applicable:
