Why are my 'smart email BCC' emails not arriving in TeamWave?

If smart email BCC emails are not showing up in TeamWave, it is most likely you are NOT sending emails from your TeamWave registered email address.

You need to send emails either

  1. From the email address, you use to log in to your TeamWave account 
  2. Or the email address you have mentioned in any of your Sales Automation rules.

If you want to send emails from another email address, you need to add those email address in a rule in Sales Automation.
