Rotten deals

Deal rotting is a feature which will allow you to take a look at the deals which have been idle for some time.

You can set for how many days a deal can stay ideal. TeamWave checks the last modified date of that deal for Deal Rotting. This number of days is specific only to a stage in a pipeline. The deals bearing an orange mark and a number on the top right are the ones which are rotten.

For example, if you set - deals in a stage will rot in 10 days, 10 days after the last modified date, the deal rotten tag will appear for your deal. 

Managing rotten deals

  1. Navigate to CRM settings by clicking on the Gear icon
  2. Select a stage from listed pipelines
  3. On the pop-up, enable deal rotting using the toggle switch
  4. Then specify the number of days in which deals will rot.
  5. Click on Save.
