Forward emails to projects

TeamWave's "Forward Emails to Projects" feature allows users to seamlessly integrate email communication into their project management workflow. By forwarding emails from clients or stakeholders directly to a specific project in TeamWave, you ensure that all crucial information and details are organized and readily accessible to your team.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature effectively.
  • Navigate to the desired project in TeamWave and then proceed to the 'Forwards' tab within your project.
  • Copy the unique, project-specific smart email address. If the smart email address is not immediately visible, select the option labeled 'How to forward an email to this project'

  • Access the email account that is linked to your TeamWave. 
  • Use the forward function and paste the unique project email address.

  • Send the email to add it to your TeamWave project.
The email will now be associated with the project and accessible to all team members via the 'Forwards' tab within the project.
Note: 
  • Ensure that your email account is registered with TeamWave.
  • You need to have access permissions for the project where you intend to forward the email.
  • Be aware that once linked, the email can be viewed by all team members associated with the project.
