Manage Task lists

Efficiently managing your task lists is crucial for project success in TeamWave. Whether you need to modify, duplicate, or remove a task list, our platform provides straightforward solutions. This guide outlines the steps to edit, copy, and delete task lists within your project.

Editing a Task List
  • Navigate to the Tasks tab in your project.
  • Hover over the Task list you aim to edit.

  • Click the Edit icon.
  • Apply the necessary changes to the Task list.

Confirm your edits by clicking 'Save'.

Copying a Task List
  • Hover over the Task list and select the Copy icon.
  • Choose the Project you want to copy it to.
  • Optionally, assign a default Assignee.
  • Choose to include or exclude attachments and completed tasks.

  • Finalize by clicking 'Copy'.

Deleting a Task List

  • Click the Delete icon next to the Task list you wish to remove.
  • Verify your decision to delete the Task list.

Important: Be aware that deleting a Task list will also remove all tasks contained within it.
