Assigning Task list to a default person

TeamWave streamlines the process of task management by allowing users to assign an entire task list to a single individual quickly. This feature saves time and improves efficiency by eliminating the need to assign each task individually. 

Follow these steps to assign a task list to a default person:

  • Open your project in TeamWave.
  • Click on the ‘Tasks’ tab.
  • Select ‘Add Task List’.

In the Pop-up, Fill in the Name, Description, Milestone, and Privacy fields.

Assign a Default Person:
  • In the ‘Default Assignee’ field, select the individual to whom all tasks in this list will be assigned automatically.
  • Click ‘Add Task List’ to save and create your new task list.

Once created, all tasks added to this list will be automatically assigned to the chosen default assignee.
