Re-sending Signup Invitation

In TeamWave, the process to resend a signup invitation depends on the user's email domain:
  1. For Generic Email Domains (like Gmail, Yahoo):
  • Go to User Management.
  • Click on 'Pending users'.
  • Select 'Re-Invite' to resend the invitation.

2. For TeamWave Registered Domain Emails:

  • Users are automatically added to the 'Active users' list, with no pending status.
  • They can use the 'Forgot Password' link to set up their account.
Note: Only the account owner and super admin can resend invitations.
