Delete/Suspend User
Users can be suspended from an organisation to disable their access to your organisation's TeamWave account. Suspended users can be reactivated, but deleted users need to be added to the TeamWave account once again.
Suspending a User in TeamWave
Access Rights: Only HR Admins and the account owner have the authority to suspend users.
- Navigate to 'User Management'.
- Mouse over the user you intend to suspend
- Click on the 'Suspend' icon to disable their access.
Deleting a User from TeamWave
Exclusive Authority: Only the account owner holds the right to Delete a user.
- Navigate to 'User Management'.
- Mouse over the user you intend to Delete.
- Choose the 'Delete' icon.
If you choose to delete a user, you'll be asked to assign that user's deals and pending tasks (Projects and HRMS) to another user Files and Notes contributed by the user you are deleting won't be lost.
Reactivating a Suspended User
- Go to 'User Management'.
- Click on 'Suspended Users'.
- Click 'Reactivate' to restore access.
