Private persons

As many users need to keep certain contacts hidden from the organisation's shared contact database, TeamWave allows you to create private contacts. With this users can create private contacts that can be managed privately in CRM. 

Accessing Private contacts

Even though private contacts are hidden from most of your team members they can be viewed by certain users. Super Admins and Followers of a private contact can access private contact. CRM Admins may also have access to private contacts depending on the organisation's visibility settings.

Please note -

• Super Admins and CRM Admins can change private contact's privacy to shared
• Super Admins and CRM Admins can change ownership of private contacts
• Followers of private contact can view and edit contact details but cannot change privacy and ownership
