Linking QuickBooks customers to Deals, Contacts and Projects

Linking customers in QuickBooks to Deals, Persons, Organisation and Projects in TeamWave will help you see all the transactions (Estimates, Invoices and Payments) of those customers within TeamWave. You can also create invoices for customers in QuickBooks right from TeamWave.

Linking customers in QuickBooks to Deals, Persons, Organisations

• Navigate to any Deal/Person/Organisation
• Select QuickBooks tab
• Click on ‘Link existing Customers’
• Search for customers in QuickBooks
• Select customers in search results
• Then click on Link

You can link multiple customers to any Deal and an Organisation. But can only link one customer to a person in TeamWave.

Linking customers in QuickBooks to Projects

• Navigate to a Project
• Go to Project settings
• Select QuickBooks tab
• Click on ‘Link existing Customers’
• Search for customers in QuickBooks
• Select customers in search results
• Then click on Link

You can link multiple customers to any Project.
