Changing details of an employee

TeamWave allows Account owner and HRMS Admin manage & update all their employee's details (except email address) like personal details, Emergency contacts, Bank account details and Social Networking link from employee's profile page.

Here is how to do that,

  1. Navigate to the HRMS Module
  2. Click on Employees tab
  3. Select the employee
  4. In the profile tab, you can update all the details of that employee.
  5. Then click on Save.

Note:

  1. The account owner or HRMS admin cannot change the email address of any employee. However, employees themselves can change their email address unless it is a corporate email. Learn more
