Changing details of an employee
TeamWave allows Account owner and HRMS Admin manage & update all their employee's details (except email address) like personal details, Emergency contacts, Bank account details and Social Networking link from employee's profile page.
Here is how to do that,
- Navigate to the HRMS Module
- Click on Employees tab
- Select the employee
- In the profile tab, you can update all the details of that employee.
- Then click on Save.
Note:
- The account owner or HRMS admin cannot change the email address of any employee. However, employees themselves can change their email address unless it is a corporate email. Learn more
